I want to lose 70-80 pounds, will I accept loose pare?
I am 17 years old, 285 pounds, half dozen'0 height and I desire to go to 205-215 weight range. I am planning on eating 1700 calories a day, do cardio on an eliptical for 45 mins which burns me 250-300 calories and do bench press 10 sets of 10 reps. I also heard that y'all should rub cocoa butter on your torso so it will foreclose stretch marks and loose skin. I have stretch marks on some places on my trunk. If I were to lose 70-80 pounds would I have loose skin? I was thinking of doing intermittent fasting but I heard if you drop a lot of weight fast you lot have a college take a chance of having lose pare. Please share some knowledge either from personal experience or professional knowledge. Delight and thank y'all and I appreciate you reading my bulletin thanks.

Y'all're young. Your peel is very flexible. I wouldn't worry about it.
Stretch marks go away over time - all these products to reduce the effect don't really work. Once you have them, you have them for a while. They'll fade away in a few years.

Intermittent fasting is just some other way to make a deficit. For me I prefer information technology considering I'thou the kind of person once I start eating for the day I want to keep eating. I effort to fast for 16 hours from dinner to my breakfast/lunch.
You might stop up with loose skin and stretch marks but it's better than beingness fat. All the products / "solutions" that are out in that location for stretch marks don't work, you just learn to accept them. And if you have musculus you're going to look good anyway... which, please do more than just demote printing. Do some squats and other lifts at to the lowest degree three times a week. Yous don't wanna lose the weight and simply be skinny fat.

If you lose the weight steadily and slow, it'll reduce the chance of loose peel. Losing the weight too fast won't give your skin to adjust to a better you.
